Project Manager Role

The Project Manager is a full-time on-site position based in Noida. Key responsibilities include planning, designing, and overseeing engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure effective collaboration and successful project execution.
  • Conduct field assessments and site inspections to identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare technical documents and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to optimize resources and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve future project outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficiency in project planning, project management, and time management to drive project success.
  • Strong technical skills in engineering design and drafting to create innovative solutions.
  • Experience with field assessments and site inspections to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field to provide a solid foundation in technical principles.
  • Previous experience in the engineering industry is highly valued but not essential.
