Lead Technical Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all technical operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.

The Lead Technical Expert role requires analyzing various aspects, including documentation, design, code, security, and team retention. You will also report on these areas to management. Having an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership are essential qualities for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership: Ensure that the technical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Client coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Team analysis: Analyze various aspects, including documentation, design, code, security, and team retention, and report on these areas to management.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and address technical issues promptly.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, management, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in back-end technologies such as FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, and PGSQL.
  • Experience with front-end technologies like React Js.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools, including CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, and Redis.
