We are seeking a strategic Clinical Operations leader to oversee multiple teams across various phases of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require an individual with exceptional communication skills, able to interface effectively with clients and internal departments.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in resource management, conflict resolution, and career development strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
  • This role involves overseeing the implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations of multiple teams.
  • The selected professional will be responsible for presenting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing/ Knowledge Process Outsourcing industry is mandatory.
  • Applicants must possess at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Manager/Director of Operations.
  • Candidates should demonstrate expertise in managing senior staff and implementing transition processes.
  • Possession of a medical qualification such as MBBS, BHMS, or BAMS is desirable.
  • Certification in CPC/CIC/CCS is required.
