Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Clinical Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished professional to lead our clinical operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational acumen, people management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage resources, their issues, and career planning to drive team performance and growth.
  • Lead large teams with the support of managers, AMs, and team leads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Program Management: Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, identify initiatives for improvement, support Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs), present SLAs to reporting manager and client.
  • Client Management: Provide timely communication with clients, highlight issues, propose solutions, escalate as required.
  • People Management: Manage people-related issues, coordinate with department heads for resolution, career planning, goal setting, attrition monitoring, and creating back-ups.
  • Initiative: Identify or come up with initiatives for measurable improvement, monitor, and guide the team.
  • Change Management: Manage various types of changes, including process changes, expansions, new implementations, and organizational changes.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A medical qualification (MBBS, BHMS, BAMS) with clinical sciences experience preferred.
  • CPC/CIC/CCS certification.
  • 15 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing/Knowledge Process Outsourcing industry.
  • 3+ years of experience as Senior Manager/Director Operations.
  • Experience managing Managers or similar levels.
  • US healthcare health plan operations experience preferred.
