Customer Excellence Solutions Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical support and solutions for our customers in their real-world engineering simulation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ansys software and be able to find solutions to complex technical challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical post-sales support to customers
- Use engineering expertise to solve complex technical issues
- Channel customer feedback to improve Ansys products
- Support customers in integration of Ansys software into their projects
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Ansys software and experience in engineering simulation is essential.
