We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead our manufacturing business, driving growth and innovation in mechanical engineering solutions.

About the Role:
  • Define and execute the company's long-term vision and strategic roadmap.
  • Lead product development, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
  • Identify and expand into new domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, with expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership
    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Operational Excellence
    1. Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
    2. Implement lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and Industry 4.0 practices to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Financial & Business Performance
    1. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
    2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for revenue expansion.
  4. People Leadership
    1. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence through leadership development, training, and performance management.
    2. Build and lead a high-performing executive team, promoting collaboration, open communication, and shared goals.
  5. Stakeholder & Market Engagement
    1. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators to drive business growth and maintain a positive reputation.
    2. Promote the company's brand and thought leadership through strategic marketing, public relations, and social media engagement.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle, with experience in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
