Boutique Operations Manager
Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to oversee luxury boutique operations, upholding the highest standards of excellence in client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales leadership, team management skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the boutique to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and enhance customer loyalty
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average transaction values, customer acquisition, and repeat business, and take corrective action when needed
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the luxury brand's values and ethos, fostering a culture of personalized service and post-sale engagement
- Build a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring client advisors, assistants, and support staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
- Provide ongoing feedback, conduct product knowledge and service training sessions, and foster a motivated and results-driven team culture
- Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and safe-room protocols, ensuring accurate tracking and optimal stock levels
- Authorise stock in/out, sales invoices, and client documentation, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate audits and compliance with security and safe-room teams, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
- 6–10 years of luxury retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in jewellery, watches, or fashion
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expansion
- Strong operational expertise in inventory, finance, and compliance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, with regional languages an advantage, and polished presentation and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury retail, design, and creating memorable client experiences, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
