Job Overview

This role combines luxury client service with floral artistry. You will represent a high-end boutique to walk-in clients, high-profile customers, and event partners — ensuring every interaction feels personal, seamless, and elevated.

You will style and curate floral designs that showcase a sculptural approach, creating unforgettable visual experiences.

This position requires someone who thrives in creative expression and client interaction — balancing artistry with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage clients at the boutique with professionalism and warmth.
  • Consult with walk-in and private clients on floral needs (retail, gifting, décor, events).
  • Guide customers through custom-made options in fresh, dried, and preserved flowers.
  • Handle inquiries via phone and email with prompt, polished responses.
  • Ensure every order — from bouquet to large installation — is executed and delivered seamlessly.
  • Support store events, festive activations, and collaborations to build brand awareness.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in floristry, luxury retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong sense of design, styling, and visual presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities — from styling to customer care.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, festive seasons, and during event installations.
