**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in software development, with expertise in Java-based technologies, Spring, Microservices architecture, CI/CD pipeline, and Oracle SQL
  • Excellent analytical and design skills
  • Proficient communication skills and the ability to work effectively in virtual teams and matrixed organizations
