Software Development Lead

Our team seeks a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Lead to drive the development of scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core and React. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and experience in Agile methodologies.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for senior developers to take on a leadership position, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the implementation of full-stack applications using .NET Core and React.
- Design and implement secure and optimized backend logic, integrating REST APIs and managing complex systems.
- Mentor junior developers, guiding them through technical challenges and Agile processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain applications using AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
- 5+ years of experience in .NET Core, React, and AWS-based development.
- Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Docker.
- Experience with Redux, OAuth/JWT, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of TDD, Git workflows, and front-end optimization best practices.
