Lead Software Development Initiatives

The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of software applications, from conception to deployment. This includes defining project requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on software development methodologies.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure seamless integration.
  • Make key decisions that align with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in React.js.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Additional Information:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development is required.
  • This position is based in Pune, India.
  • A 15-year full-time education is mandatory for this role.
