Technical Leadership Role

As a senior technical professional, you will drive and support the delivery of innovative commercial solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

This role involves leading the design, development, review, and deployment of projects, as well as supporting business teams with technical queries and impact analysis.

  • Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements
  • Perform technical peer reviews and contribute to design discussions
  • Participate in requirement elaboration sessions, design solutions, and deliver them within iterations
  • Break down complex tasks into manageable pieces and contribute to elaborations, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Document knowledge capsules for long-term benefit of the team

Working on back-end system interactions, database-centric projects, and file-based communication with 3rd party data providers and issuers/processors requires dynamic and willing-to-learn individuals who can implement new technology and development methods.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development, Agile methodologies, and collaboration tools. They will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
