**Service Management Expert Wanted**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to manage and support our platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day administration of the platform, including user management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensuring smooth upgrades and maintaining security to meet governance standards.
  • Collaborating with IT teams, providing user support, and documenting processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
