Culinary Expert Wanted

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to lead our kitchen team at Grand Mercure Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the preparation of all dishes according to recipe and quantity standards
  • To maintain a clean and organized work environment as per hotel standards
  • To effectively communicate with Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager on special functions, booking, menu item availability, service problems, guest comments and preferences
Requirements and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in upmarket hospitality brands with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
  • Strong operational technical knowledge
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
