Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

1. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

2. Analyze data to identify key insights and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.

Product Positioning and Messaging:

1. Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

2. Create and maintain buyer personas to guide marketing efforts.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

1. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product/campaign/feature launches.

Content Creation and Campaigns:

1. Create high-quality marketing content, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and white papers.

2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, and digital advertising.

Sales Enablement:

3. Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value.

4. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to the sales team.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, A/B testing with a focus on driving business results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

3. Creative thinker, with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

4. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines with minimum intervention. Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

7. Willingness to travel as per requirement, not exceeding 10% of the time.

8. Happy to contribute to and collaborate on other related marketing initiatives within the company to drive overall business growth and success.
