Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy and execution for Growth, aligning with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product and revenue operations leaders.
  • Create a supportive environment to drive organizational success.
  • Develop marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing efforts to drive sustainable growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch.
  • Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation & customer acquisition funnel management expertise.
  • Campaign Management Tools (e.g. Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g. Google Analytics) knowledge.
  • Goal-driven, fast-paced environment experience.
  • Analytical skills and numerical data comfort.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
