  • Learn and work with MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.\
  • Gain hands-on experience with the customer data lifecycle – collection, validation, preparation, and management.\
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.\
  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.\
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.\
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to communicate insights effectively.\
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.\
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.\
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.\

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.\
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.\
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms (preferred but not mandatory).\
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.\
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).\
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.\
