Paid Search Manager Role

Job Description:

Paid search managers are accountable for planning and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms. They must be experienced professionals capable of accelerating their careers in a fast-paced industry and working with top brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing approaches to paid search media buying, including building and optimizing campaigns.
  • Guiding teams in executing paid media campaigns according to industry standards and creative strategies.
  • Continuously optimizing ad accounts to achieve the best results for clients.
  • Leading client relationships and collaborating with other team members.
  • Contributing to the growth and structure of the paid search media team, including training and up-skilling.

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience managing multiple search campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adjust quickly.
  • Comfort working in deadline-driven environments and across multiple departments.
  • Active team player with good data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Google AdWords Certification is beneficial.
