Qualifications & Skills:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in purchasing, sales, or business operations.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale businesses with turnover between ₹50–100 Cr.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic decision-making ability.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale businesses sustainably.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
