Job Title: Article Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Article Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a CA student or holder to work on overseas companies in various functions including audit, accounts, tax, MIS, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas group. They will also support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation, and stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, and time management. If you have a strong educational background in commerce, accounting, finance, or are pursuing IPCC/IPC qualification, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You should be familiar with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfortable with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks. We welcome candidates who are interested in remote work and are looking for a challenging role that will help them develop their skills and knowledge.
