Job Overview

Our Voice Network Operations Center (NOC) and Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team is seeking experienced professionals to provide end-to-end support for telecom services.

This role involves managing and troubleshooting voice/telecom networks, VoIP services, and collaborating with global vendors and carriers to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telecom Service Support: Provide timely and effective support for telecom services from ticket creation to resolution.
  • Network Management: Manage and troubleshoot Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, PRI, Toll-Free Services, Long Distance, and Audio Conferencing.
  • VoIP Troubleshooting: Diagnose VoIP call issues including ASR, ACD, PDD, Dead Air, DTMF, codec mismatches, one-way audio, DID, Toll-Free.
  • Network Monitoring: Monitor and manage network entities including routers, switches, NGN, soft switches, SBCs, gateways, and Tx equipment.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Perform proactive monitoring on Dialogic NGN, Sansay, Acme/Oracle SBCs, Cisco ONS, and other telecom hardware.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors on T1/T3 circuits, conduct head-to-head testing on transport layers.
  • Fraud Investigation: Investigate and resolve fraud-related cases, and provide escalation support by analyzing SIP/SS7 traces, CDRs, switch logs.
  • SLA Adherence: Ensure SLA adherence and provide timely updates to customers and vendors.
  • VoIP Feature Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot VoIP features including answering rules, music on hold, calling card services, etc.
  • Rotational Environment: Work in a 24/7 rotational environment ensuring minimal service disruption.
