Senior Technical Content Developer

We are seeking a seasoned technical writer with expertise in networking, telecommunications, and contact center domains to create and maintain product documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technical writing, a strong educational background in computer science, and excellent writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain high-quality product documentation for our networking, telecom, and contact center products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop documentation that meets customer needs.
- Develop and implement documentation strategies to ensure consistency and quality across all product lines.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the networking, telecom, or contact center domains.
- Strong educational background in computer science or a related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- DITA/Oxygen tool knowledge is highly preferred.
