Responsibilities:
- Process air tickets efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certified
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a rotational shift environment
