
Executive Revenue Strategist

Revenue Growth Leader
Drive end-to-end revenue ownership for new customer acquisition and expansion, building positioning and market entry strategies for our SaaS offerings as accelerators in client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & GTM Execution: Lead GTM strategy for custom development, AI/ML services, workflow automation, and IoT projects, showcasing expertise through campaigns.
- Revenue Leadership: Drive services revenue targets through enterprise deals, managed services contracts, and offshore delivery models, ensuring consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing & Demand Generation: Position products as value multipliers within broader service-led deals, collaborating with delivery teams.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Develop alliances with system integrators, tech partners, and global resellers to expand services reach, track KPIs and optimize lead-to-deal conversion.
Data-Driven Growth
- Run experiments to optimize pipeline velocity, utilization rates, project margins, CAC, CLTV, MRR across international markets.
- Build a high-performance sales and pre-sales team with strong solutioning capabilities, scaling services revenue in B2B.
Requirements
- 15+ years in IT services sales / revenue leadership roles, ideally with a mix of services + SaaS exposure, experience building international pipeline in US, MEA, Southeast Asia, or Europe.
- Strong track record of scaling services revenue, shaping the growth charter for a 25+ year old company with global ambitions.
