About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Circle Marketing Head to lead our revenue growth initiatives and drive business expansion in the Ahmedabad market.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance our competitive position and drive subscriber and revenue growth.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results through effective base management, driving a healthy revenue mix from voice usage, roaming, data, and VAS, and improving brand salience.

You will also need to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, enterprise business, customer service, finance, network, and IN teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Drive subscriber acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Manage and optimize our marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the telecom industry
  • A proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving business growth
  • An MBA from a reputable institution
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
