Circle Growth Strategist

As a Circle Marketing Head, you will be responsible for leading the revenue growth of your cluster.
The role entails designing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our competitive positioning while aligning with policy guidelines and regulatory requirements.
The primary focus is on increasing revenues by expanding our Quality Resources and extracting more value from existing assets.
You will be accountable for delivering on customer demand indicators and brand salience, as well as driving a healthy revenue mix across Voice Usage, Roaming, Data, and Value-Added Services.
- To achieve this, you will need to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive subscriber and revenue growth, focusing on market realities and customer needs.
- The role requires innovation and adaptability to navigate changing market landscapes and demands.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in a product leadership or marketing capacity for a reputable organization. A proven track record of meeting revenue targets, preferably in diverse contexts, is essential.
An MBA from a respected institution is preferred, along with in-depth knowledge of the Telecom industry. Strong communication skills are required to engage with customers and colleagues at multiple levels.
