
Customer Relationship Manager

As a key contributor to our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Your expertise in client relationship management will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional products or services.
- Client Relationship Management: You will be responsible for establishing trust with assigned clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, and conducting thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
- Account Planning: Develop account plans outlining strategies for client retention and growth, aligning products or services with client objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
- Develop account plans outlining strategies for client retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align products or services with client objectives.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Provide training and support to clients as needed.
- Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure continued partnership.
- Monitor contract compliance and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue, and performance metrics.
