The role of a High Stakes Test Center Operations Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs). Reporting to the HSTC Management Team Leader, this position involves working collaboratively with partners, managing schedules efficiently, and guaranteeing compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

This role requires collaboration with the Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast, monitoring HSTC utilization, and recommending adjustments or expansions based on demand. Additionally, the candidate will manage accurate submissions of invoices for HSTCs, verifying exam volumes and facilitating timely payments.

The selected candidate will handle requests from HSTCs regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the appropriate internal teams. Furthermore, they will proactively identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to relevant teams.

Conducting visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement is also an integral part of this role.
