The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by spearheading sales targets and team performance.
Job Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and achieve branch targets through effective leadership and team management.
- Mentor and guide the team to surpass their sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Promote innovative approaches to drive business growth and reinforce the bottom line.
- Conduct comprehensive product and process training for new recruits and refreshers for existing team members.
- Serve as a consultant to the team and customers, adopting a consultative selling approach to deliver exceptional results.
- Generate new business leads, develop business plans, and implement sales strategies.
- Manage and optimize ERP systems, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement.
- Streamline customer onboarding processes to ensure fast and smooth experiences.
- Own and manage customer life cycles, from acquisition to retention.
- Engage with customers, gather feedback, and provide valuable insights into products and services.
- Deliver optimum results while managing sales and operations effectively.
- Adhere to organizational values and behavior, embodying the principles of NowFloats.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in Dotcom/BFSI/Telecom Industry.
- Experience in building partnerships for SaaS based products companies.
- Individual with prior sales experience in the internet domain.
