  • Develop and implement capital raising strategies to achieve project objectives

  • Navigate complex regulatory environments to ensure compliance

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate fund management, financial institutions, or related fields
  • Demonstrated expertise in real estate capital raising, investor relations, and market analysis
  • A master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and modeling
