The Senior Appointment Setting Manager will be responsible for managing a team of appointment setters who are focused on scheduling qualified meetings with US-based prospects. This includes developing strategies to improve conversion rates, monitoring team KPIs, and ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.

The role also involves collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaign success, training, coaching, and mentoring appointment setters for consistent messaging and quality conversations, utilizing CRM systems to track lead activities and maintain data records, refining outreach strategies and objection handling methods tailored to the US market, and presenting weekly performance reports to senior management.
