Senior Program Manager for Global IT InitiativesWe're seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our global IT initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, program governance, and delivery excellence across various regions.About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in program management, particularly in global IT environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Governance: Establish and maintain program standards, including charters, stage gates, RACI, RAID, dependency maps, change control, and benefits tracking.
  • Planning & Delivery: Build integrated master schedules, critical path analyses, and resource plans; run weekly cadence meetings, including standups, risk/steerco, burndown/earned value.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and forecasts, track CAPEX/OPEX, accruals, and vendor Statements of Work (SOWs); perform variance analysis and corrective actions.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop portfolio dashboards using Power BI/Tableau, maintaining a single source of truth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with engineering, data/ML, security, and finance teams; prepare steerco packs; manage decisions, actions, and escalations.
  • Quality & Compliance: Enforce SDLC/Agile controls, documentation, audit readiness (SOC 2/ISO 27001 evidence), and change-management baselines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years in PMO/program management for global IT within IT services or professional services firms.
  • Certifications: PMP certification (active).
  • Skillset: Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall/Hybrid; stage-gate governance.
  • Tools: Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps, MS Project/Smartsheet, Power BI/Tableau, M365/Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity: Financial acumen, vendor/SOW governance, and excellent communication skills.
