ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Hiring for a challenging role in ServiceNow Software Asset Management. We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Customize: Design and develop ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and SAM, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Solution Design: Work closely with the architecture team to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of clients.
  • Optimization and Maintenance: Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications to ensure they continue to meet business requirements.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • ServiceNow Experience: At least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience is required.
  • SAM Expertise: Familiarity with SAM processes and end-to-end lifecycle is essential.
  • Development Experience: Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro module is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Strong programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Desirable Experience:

  • ServiceNow Implementations: At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations are desirable.
  • Integration Experience: Experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API) is highly valued.
  • Discovery and Service Mapping: Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping is beneficial.
