Are you a skilled trader with a passion for digital assets? Do you have experience in navigating the complexities of cryptocurrency markets? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Trader.

This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of profitability in crypto trading and is looking to take their skills to the next level. As a Trader, you will be responsible for actively trading cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time.

You will also develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies to maximize P&L while maintaining disciplined risk management. This role requires a strong understanding of market microstructure and execution dynamics, as well as the ability to communicate strategies and performance clearly and concisely.

  • • Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time.

  • • Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies.

  • • Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks.

  • • Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research.

  • • Share insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency.

  • • Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments.

  • • Contribute to a culture of rigorous research and collaborative learning.
