We are seeking an experienced Fixed Assets Accounting professional to lead our team.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing the full lifecycle of fixed asset accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies, and leading periodic reconciliations between the fixed asset subledger and general ledger.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience on FA module in SAP, Fixed Assets/Prepay US GAAP policies, and managing end-to-end month-end close processes.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing physical verification processes, tagging, and documentation of assets, as well as preparing and reviewing fixed asset schedules, roll-forwards, and supporting documentation for audits and internal reporting.
  • A key requirement for this role is managing accounting for prepaid expenses, ensuring proper classification and timely amortization based on contract terms or policy guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 9-12 years post-qualification experience with hands-on knowledge in Fixed Assets accounting and at least 2–3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Blackline) and advanced Excel skills are also essential.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks is beneficial.
