The Role of a Pan India Finance Controller:

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee the entire finance and accounts function across our pan-India operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, and driving business growth through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  2. Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Capex Management: Oversee procurement processes, manage cash flows, and ensure efficient order-to-cash cycles.
  3. Fixed Assets Management: Maintain control over the company's fixed assets, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance with relevant laws.
  4. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct variance analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  5. Internal and External Audits: Ensure seamless audit processes, with zero major non-compliance issues, and maintain high standards of internal control.
  6. Tax Compliance and Returns: Prepare and finalize income tax returns, GST returns, TDS, and reconciliation of input tax credit, ensuring zero non-compliance under GST and Income Tax Act.
  7. Cash Flow Management: Manage daily cash flows and working capital effectively.

Requirements include experience in handling accounting operations across pan-India and expertise in Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fund Management, Internal and External Audits, Compliance, GST, and Income Tax Act requirements. Candidates with experience in QSR or Retail industry will be preferred.
