We deliver comprehensive services from international rollouts and upgrades to CNC, Support services, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS which drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term value. We also develop custom extensions and products that enhance JD Edwards functionality and help clients maximise their ERP investment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second line support for customers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Create functional solutions based on defined business requirements.
  • Liaise with internal applications teams/external suppliers to ensure application fixes and changes meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Manage problem resolution proactively to reduce the frequency or impact of incidents on customers' businesses.
  • Support junior consultants with functional expertise while contributing to team success by identifying and driving process improvements.
  • Establish effective relationships between Global Support teams and within the Redfaire group.
  • Efficiently handle application issues reported, communicating status to stakeholders according to prioritisation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance in a support or implementation role.
  • Knowledge of all JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • Domain expertise in core finance modules, including GL, AR, AP.
  • JD Edwards World Software experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, conveying complex information clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, demonstrating initiative, clear communication, and accountability.
  • A strong team player collaborating effectively in a remote working environment.
