Product Leader

We are seeking a skilled Product Leader to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to take ownership of delivering real business outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Own modules end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, driving clarity and structure.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and structured documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with tech leads and hold developers accountable for timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead sprint ceremonies, including planning, backlog grooming, and daily syncs.
  • Work with stakeholders to define custom features, integrations, and business logic.
  • Drive UAT, feedback collection, and iterative improvements post-launch.
  • Balance product goals with technical constraints and timelines.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or technical product environments.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or in end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Strong documentation and story-writing skills with proven success collaborating with engineering and QA.
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to synthesize inputs from technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to hold others accountable to timelines and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and user impact.
  • Flexibility to work with cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience in fintech domain or compliance-heavy industries is a plus.
