Product Management Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing product features and initiatives that align with business objectives, gathering and integrating customer feedback into product planning and development, and supporting the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer impact and business value, making trade-off decisions to balance customer needs with business goals.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Gather and integrate customer feedback into product planning and development, ensuring a seamless process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles, including BMS and chargers.
  • Customer Understanding: Strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Nice to Have:
  • Market Research: Expertise in market research and trend analysis to shape product vision and strategy.
  • Product Strategy: Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps.
