Senior Integrated Producer Role

As a senior integrated producer, you will oversee the entire production process, from initial brief to final delivery. You will work closely with clients, creative teams and account managers to understand project requirements and challenges.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring all stakeholders are aware of any challenges or changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall production process, including costing, pre-production, production and post-production.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to schedule projects and resources.
  • Sourcing directors, crew and cast for projects.
  • Create timing plans and budgets within our systems.
  • Assume responsibility for reviewing and approving creative output.
  • Ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a creative agency or similar setting.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritizing, planning and overseeing multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Good understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology.
  • Previous experience in resource and production services sourcing.
  • Knowledge of aspect ratios and how to shoot for various deliverables.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to refine key skills for running a business.
