Product Lifecycle Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our product lifecycle management module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for cloud-based product development and data management systems
  • Hands-on experience with product life cycle configurations, and customization management and support
  • Perform API integration testing, configuring application components
  • Deliver post-production support services
  • Create custom reports using specialized tools
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues
  • Execute data migration processes
  • Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing
  • Analyze and prioritize support requests involving product life cycle configurations and customizations issues
  • Perform initial assessment and customization component failures
  • Coordinate post-production support requests
  • Triage issues related to custom reports using specialized tools
  • Manage incidents tickets for data migration challenges
  • Track and prioritize quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with cloud-based product lifecycle management solutions
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles
  • Proficiency in product data hub application configurations
  • Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies
  • Experience with custom reports development using specialized tools
  • Background in data migration techniques
  • Ability to validate and test system configuration and patches
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders
