Job Description

We are seeking a Senior PMO Consultant with expertise in Product Lifecycle Management, particularly PTC Windchill, to lead a strategic program within the healthcare industry.

This is a high-priority global project focused on upgrading and modernizing PLM systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless enterprise integration.

The role supports a collaborative environment where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, quality managers, and CSV leads to validate business requirements and ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing a Windchill v13 upgrade, developing detailed project plans, managing change control processes, and serving as an escalation point for project risks and issues.

Additionally, you will oversee validation protocols and compliance deliverables in accordance with FDA and 21 CFR Part 11, collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Windchill and SAP NSP/ECC systems, and manage vendor relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree + 8 years, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of leading IT projects in matrixed environments.
  • Skills:
    • Vendor management and third-party relationships.
    • Migration and upgrade experience.
    • Validation and regulated industry knowledge.
    • Communication and governance.
    • Change and adoption management.
