Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to identify their insurance needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional support to prospects throughout the sales process.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with top insurers to deliver best-in-class experiences for customers.
- Build strong relationships with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage policy booking, placement, and post-sales services.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI/B2C Sales.
- Ability to execute effective face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
- Ability to present complex ideas and products in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and timelines.
- Proactive approach to learning and a willingness to work at multiple levels with different partners.
- Experience working with insur-tech, insurers, or broker agencies is highly valued.
- Financial services, personal finance, or wealth management experience is beneficial.
