Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

Job Description:

  • Spearhead the delivery of exceptional facility management services to clients, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for managing facilities, including asset maintenance, inventory control, and waste disposal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client expectations, and organizational standards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and service enhancements, and implement initiatives to drive results.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on facility operations, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for facility-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in facility management or a related field, with a strong background in operations, maintenance, and customer service.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as facilities management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
    • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to achieve common goals.
