As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the activities of your colleagues, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our high standards are met.
One of your key objectives will be to monitor and mentor your team members on productivity, quality and safety. You will also be responsible for managing daily shift operations, including administrative tasks such as scheduling and allocating work to your team.
Furthermore, you will be expected to identify and address any issues that may arise during the course of your duties, working closely with other teams to resolve problems and implement solutions.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be tasked with conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with our quality and safety protocols.
Key Deliverables- Manage daily shift operations
- Administer associate management and scheduling
- Allocate work to associates
- Mentor and monitor associates on productivity, quality and safety
- Identify and address issues arising during daily operations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding our company's values will also be essential.
Requirements- Fluent English language skills (spoken, written and read)
