About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Professional to manage a world-class brand's premium experience center in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain kitchen appliances, including hobs, extractors, and ducting parts.
  • Accurately record inventory of tools and spare parts, recommending restocking when necessary.
  • Provide emergency services and be on call during evenings to assist customers experiencing problems.
  • Examine appliances, identify causes of breakdowns, and perform maintenance work.
  • Offer estimates to customers for repair or replacement of damaged appliances.
  • Repair or replace defective components upon customer approval.
  • Advise customers on appliance usage and provide routine maintenance guidance.
  • Test and examine gas pipelines and equipment for leaks and faulty connections.
  • Clean, lubricate, and touch up minor defects on installed or repaired appliances.
Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or any graduate degree is required.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems.
