Job Description:

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Service Engineer. This individual will play a pivotal part in our fast-growing team.

This position presents a unique opportunity for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in Electronics and Electrical engineering, or other related fields, to contribute significantly to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inverter installation guidance and maintenance training;
  • Providing consultation services through phone calls and email support;
  • Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting, replacement, and defect identification;
  • Collecting detailed after-sales support cases data and reporting to the leader;
  • Participating in team activities assigned by the team leader;
  • Awareness of String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter, and Utility Based Projects as an added advantage;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or other related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry;
  • Professional who may travel extensively per year;
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English;
