As a key member of our growing legal team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth and navigate regulatory complexity.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for startups and a sharp legal acumen who can manage commercial contracts and compliance while aligning with business objectives.

You will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS & IT Services Agreements, Collaboration & Staffing Agreements, NDAs, and Marketing Contracts.

In addition to your contract management responsibilities, you will advise on cross-border legal and regulatory matters, including data protection, FEMA guidelines, RBI regulations, and other sectoral regulations.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and 4-6 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors is a plus. Prior in-house legal counsel or top-tier law firm experience is preferred.

Essential skills include strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, proficiency in legal risk assessment and regulatory compliance, knowledge of data protection, corporate governance, and financial regulation, excellent communication, research, and analytical skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, high ethical standards, and integrity, and a startup mindset: proactive, agile, and results-driven.
