A Key Account Development Manager is required to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through effective customer development, in-store management, and market updates. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing accounts, utilizing data to drive overall business performance, and training and developing sales associates.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through effective customer development, in-store management, and market updates.
  • Prioritize accounts based on potential impact, ensuring coverage of top 2 outlets in every route.
  • Utilize data to drive overall business performance, setting objectives for market visits and reviewing sales associate and stockist performance against plan.
  • Train and develop sales associates through required mode of training, mentoring, and empowering them to perform well.
  • Conduct effective monthly and weekly sales associate meetings, compile reports as per requirements communicated by AM, and maintain trust and understanding in working with stockists and trade in general.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate or Masters in Business Administration.
  • 2 plus years of work experience in FMCG Companies.
