Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle customer inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and maintain professionalism in their interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting customers with inquiries and transactions, providing accurate and timely resolutions, processing customer transactions, maintaining detailed records, following company policies, and collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Korean (spoken & written) – Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support, as well as certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent).
